There is no doubt, that many hotels have adopted information and communication technology (ICT) as a way to cope with rapidly changing environments. Hotel managers work with effort the operational productivity and the customer satisfaction as the most important indicators to enhance the performance. In this sense, the objective of ICT adoption is to achieve better performance. Hence, hotel managers believe ICT is a key success factor to attain hotel performance but it depends on their integration with various operational areas, as well as the intensity of their use.
