Managers should recognize the guest satisfaction as an outcome which need to be lead from an efficiency and productivity standpoint to optimize the cost without damage the service quality. With IT, organizations are able to process information and use it in the production process. In fact, from an IT perspective, hotel organizations will be able to achieve strategic goals if they integrate all necessary recent avances in IT. Even, organizations would be more efficient in their marketing efforts through the use of the internet, they need to increase the usage of the on-line technology. Since inter-functional coordination between departments is essential that IT be considerate as a superior coordinator among activities in the organization.
