From the idea of Tourism is a seller of memories, Organizations have the key to keep this concept under their control with the used of technology.  Two «TT» (Tourism & Technology) make the perfect couple to enhance a great deal of conveniences. Firms want increase revenues and improve customer service, being inter-conected and work with clarity and consistency all information about each agent, extern and intern. Otherwise, the technological advances have allowed corporations to save on manpower while at the same time empowering customers to make their own decisions.  They use more technology then ever before and it gives to tourism industry to take advantage of their desire (need).For example, through the internet ,customers can have a good experience because they enjoy interacting.Thanks to technology, remote places, as well as small businesses, can now reach a global audience and encourage people to move away from the traditional experiences to modern, new and more adventurous experiences. If tourist organizations are not able to switch the appropriated technology on, they will lose the benefits of technology. So that, technology is uniquely placed to change the way people perceive an organization and choose it. In this case, social media has changed the rules because, for first time, people are not getting referrals from any official sources but for others customers.
